YAMILA P. CARDOSo, PhD
ABOUT ME
I am interested in understanding how the biodiversity that surrounds us originated and is maintained. I address this broad topic by carrying out several well-defined lines of research that examine the role played by extrinsic factors such as allopatric divergence, past climatic changes or the modification of the environment by humans.
